21263 Highway 40 Highway Bush, LA 70431

Appealing extraordinary acreage, pleasingly located in a peaceful country setting (slightly off of the main LA HWY 40). There is the potential for the buyer to subdivide the acreage into 4 (5+ acre lots), or use the entire 22.70 Acres to create an Estate Size Homestead. The land is best described as mostly wooded, gentle rolling hills; easy to navigate, and flush with wildlife. A barbed wire fence marks the boundaries of the property. Owner will consider a bond for deed instrument, with a minimum of 20% down payment, five year balloon note at 5% interest to a qualified buyer. The land is picturesque as is, however, imagine the possibilities of further developing by adding a pond, and clearing some of the land to achieve fabulous views from an ESTATE HOME.
